Here's how to apply:
Our application is available for download or can be picked up in our office. The application may be submitted through the mail using the following instructions or may be dropped off to our rental office in person along with the $40 nonrefundable application fee per application. The documents listed in the instructions will be needed for either method of submission.
To apply by mail:

Print out and complete a rental application for each person over 18.

Attach an enlarged copy of driver's license or other form of picture identification.

Enclose a check or money order for $40 per application. Make checks payable to: Riverside Manor Apartments

Include a record of monthly income: pay stubs, social security letter, etc. There must be proof of income at least three times the amount of rent.

Contact the rental office within a few days to verify the application has been received and processed.
The review process usually takes two to three days and includes credit check, employment verification, rental reference confirmation, and background check.
